The Hampstead Companies Chooses E-Lanscape for Poppleton Place Apartments Landscaping

Davidsonville, Maryland‐based commercial landscaping specialist E‐Landscape Specialty Solutions
announced today that it has been awarded the contract to carry out landscaping work at Poppleton
Place Apartments in Baltimore, Maryland.

Poppleton Place is a 123‐unit property located in the Poppleton neighborhood of Baltimore, MD. The
community serves families at or below 60% of the area’s median income. This project will provide
renovations to an existing row home community.

The Poppleton Place project is managed by The Hampstead Companies, a developer specializing in the
affordable housing and community development segments. E‐landscape’s scope of work includes
streetscaping, the installation of playground equipment, and turf and landscape renovation.
