Located in one of Baltimore’s most prominent residential areas, the Quarry Lake at Greenspring community is a master planned, mixed use project boasting over 225,000 square feet of Class A office and 111,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space within a gated community of luxury homes. The centerpiece of the community, developed by Obrecht Properties along with Beazer Homes, is a dramatic 40-acre lake surrounded by walking trails and a promenade offering access to retail and office amenities.
E-Landscape was brought in to complete masonry and hardscaping work that form some of the community’s most notable features. In addition, our crews constructed trellises and installed landscape lighting systems. The finished product is an exceptionally landscaped community that is move-in ready.
