E-Landscape Awarded Landscape Installation at Victory Oaks

Davidsonville, MD August 24, 2011 –

Davidsonville, Maryland‐based commercial landscaping specialist E‐Landscape Specialty Solutions
announced today that it has been awarded the contract to install landscaping at Victory Oaks in Silver
Spring, Maryland.

Victory Oaks is a senior living complex on the grounds of St. Camillus Church. The property includes a
three‐story, 49 unit complex and is funded by a $6.4 million Section 202 Capital Advance Grant from the
U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, awarded to one affordable senior housing project
in the Washington, DC area each year. This complex has a number of community amenities including a
fitness center and an outdoor patio area.

The building was designed by Grimm and Parker Architects, and construction work is being undertaken
by Hamel Builders.
