Landscaping for The Millennium at Metropolitan Park

Recently, E-Landscape began work on a new phase of The Millennium at Metropolitan Park, a high-end, luxury apartment complex in Robert A.M. Stern’s 8 building, 16 acre, master-planned urban village in Pentagon City. This new work follows completion of our earlier project to provide landscaping for Two Met, a 19 story residential building atop an enormous, 58,000 square foot park complete with green space, walking trails, and space for future concerts and other events.

Working again with General Contractor BEK (KBR Construction), E-Landscape will install the landscape designs created by LSG Landscape Architecture. Our scope of work includes subdrainage (tree pits), specialty soil mixes for on-structure courtyards on the 18^th, 6^th, 2^nd, and 1^st floors (over parking), landscaping for terraces, site furnishings, planters, and irrigation.
