Landscape Installation for Annapolis Towne Centre at Parole Expansion

E-Landscape has begun work, for Bozzuto Group, to install landscaping for new construction the company is completing as part of an expansion of the Annapolis Towne Centre at Parole complex. The new building will feature 208 apartment homes located steps from Annapolis Towne Centre’s premium mix of retailers, restaurants and services.

Developed by Greenberg Gibbons, Annapolis Towne Centre at Parole is an upscale mixed use, town center-style development. Bozzuto Group broke ground on March 26 on the new $55-million, four-story building, which will be located near the center’s Riva Road entrance.

E-Landscape’s scope of work for this project includes lightweight soil mixes, irrigation, site furnishings, structural foam, sod installation, and planting.
