Created to evoke neighborhood-style living, TownePlace Suites in Clinton,
Maryland is located one block from the Virginia gate of Andrews Air Force Base.
An “extended-stay hotel facility”, many of the guests are military personnel.
Originally contracted to install the owner’s landscape plan, E-Landscape was
tapped during construction to provide a design for an outdoor living space.
Our clients were looking to create a space that would make their guests feel at
home during their extended stays. We provided them with a paver patio, grill
station with custom concrete countertop and arbor, landscape lighting, patio
furniture and gazebo. The space gives guests an opportunity to cook outside and
enjoy an “at home experience” during their stay.
We continue to maintain this site to ensure its upkeep and curb appeal. This
“military friendly” establishment continues to serve as a visually pleasing
experience for all who encounter the grounds.
