Pender Village Center is a 139,000 square foot retail center located in busy
Northern Virginia. Anchored by Harris Teeter, Pender Village features shops and
services such as Hardwood Artisans, Everybody Fitness and Chevy Chase Bank.
The project was awarded the 2010 Associated Builders and Contractors
Excellence in Construction Award.
The challenge at Pender Village was to meet the contractor’s tight timetable for
project completion without sacrificing the quality of workmanship or plant
selection. Despite the challenges and time constraints, the E-Landscape team
was able to work quickly and meticulously with Atlantic Realty Companies and
R.W. Murray Co to meet the deadline. The result is a visually stunning landscape
masterpiece and an award-winning development project.
