E-Landscape To Begin Landscaping At Medical Center in Odenton Gateway

Davidsonville, MD June 12, 2012 –

Davidsonville, Maryland‐based commercial landscaping specialist E‐Landscape Specialty Solutions
announced today that it has been awarded the contract to install landscaping for a new medical office
building that has been developed as part of a partnership between Anne Arundel Health System and
Johns Hopkins Medicine at Odenton Gateway in Odenton, MD.

Located on the corner of route 175 and Sappington Station Drive, this new medical office building will
include primary and specialty care services to provide orthopedic practices, imaging facilities, medical
and surgical oncology and primary care. Lab and pharmacy services will also be included in the new
medical building. In addition to medical services space, Odenton Gateway will also include 254
apartments.

The project was designed by CR Goodman and Associates and is being developed by the Johnson
Development Corporation. Reliable Contracting Co. and Elm Street Development began construction on
the project in 2009, and the medical center should be fully operational by fall 2012. E‐Landscape’s scope
of work includes providing landscape installation services, including laying new lawns on the property.

Anne Arundel Health System and Johns Hopkins Medicine are known as predominant health practices in
Maryland. This relocation will result in increased employment, creating a greater patient to doctor ratio;
four staff members to every new physician.
