E-Landscape Carries Out Landscaping Work for Richmond Hill Manor Housing Complex

Davidsonville, MD August 20, 2012 –

Davidsonville, Maryland‐based commercial landscaping firm E‐Landscape Specialty Solutions has been
selected to complete landscaping work as part of the renovation of the Richmond Hill Manor housing
complex. The first phase of the Richmond Hill Manor complex was constructed in 1986 and is located off
of Richmond Drive in Perryville, Maryland. The project is a planned unit development and was a
collaboration with the Town of Perryville toward development of affordable housing. The project
consists of 88 rental units with mixed one and two bedroom occupancy. Today, the complex is a main
source of affordable housing for the elderly in Cecil County.

E‐Landscape’s scope of work for the project includes tree removal and preservation, landscape grading,
planting, and stabilization.
