Landscaping Creates Serene Environment at New Hospice of the Chesapeake Campus in Pasadena, Maryland
Davidsonville, MD May 8, 2013 –
Hospice of the Chesapeake is a great local organization providing health care services for people with advanced illnesses. Recently, Hospice of the Chesapeake had the opportunity, as a result of an anonymous donation of $2.3 million, to expand its area presence with the addition of a new campus located at 90 Ritchie Highway in Pasadena. When it opens, the new campus will include buildings housing the administrative offices, an educational conference center, grief counseling, crisis intervention and a host of other programs.
The new, 6.2 acre, wooded campus is nearly complete, and E‐Landscape is proud to have been selected to complete landscape installation work that will contribute to making the campus a place of peace for families at a difficult time in their lives. Our work includes unit services, landscaping, drainage, and the installation of fountains and sculptures.
“Hospice of the Chesapeake is such an important part of this community,” commented E‐Landscape President Eric Drenner. “Just ask anyone who has had family that has used their services. The new campus is going to provide Hospice of the Chesapeake and the families it serves with a beautiful, peaceful place to assist people with advanced illnesses and end of life care.”
