Located in a prime spot on the new Southwest Waterfront in Washington, DC, the Lex at Waterfront Station is a 12 level, luxury apartment building with 360 degree city and water views. E-Landscape was contracted by Hamel Builders to complete landscape installation for the project, which was developed by Urban Atlantic, with landscape design by Land Design. Our scope for this project encompassed landscape planting, planters, irrigation, site furnishings, hardscaping (including decorative river rock imported from Indonesia and concrete pavers), as well as the installation of grills, fountains and an outdoor fireplace. To give the urban setting a more intimate feel, our team also installed architectural greenscreen panels.
