Landscape Installation at Brightview South River
This fall, the crew here at E-Landscape is excited to get started on the installation of landscaping features at the Brightview South River senior living facility in Edgewater, Maryland. Located on Lee Airpark Drive in Edgewater, the new community is Brightview’s seventh senior living community in Maryland and its first assisted living community in Anne Arundel County. The community will consist of 64 Assisted Living apartments, and a 26-apartment neighborhood, known as Wellspring Village, dedicated to Alzheimer’s Care.
In conjunction with Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) guidelines, Brightview South River’s parent company, The Shelter Group, is dedicated to sustainable conservation strategies for Brightview South River to promote energy efficiency, water efficiency, healthy buildings, and the conservation of natural resources.
E-Landscape will be working closely with General Contractor Harkins Builders to ensure that landscaping work is completed in coordination with the construction timetable and in time to meet the facility’s projected opening in the fall of 2011.
We are particularly pleased to have been selected for the landscape installation work at Brightview South River given our previous work at the Village at Lee Airpark. This project is a great addition to that development, and a much-needed addition to the senior living market here in Anne Arundel County.
